The THRIVNG Retreat is a 5-day dance and movement-focused retreat designed for people who want to move freely and gain clarity about what they truly want out of life.
This retreat was designed to offer you the perfect balance of movement, adventure, education, contemplation, and relaxation. We’ve thoughtfully planned each day to provide the most expansive, enriching, and fulfilling experience we can offer.
Mornings will begin with morning pages and grounding exercises, setting a calm and intentional tone for the rest of the day. You’ll engage in multiple daily dance sessions to help you let go, reconnect with your body, and hopefully your calling. Throughout the day, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore breathtaking natural wonders—from private beach escapes to cenote and lagoon adventures—while enjoying free time to rest, connect, or simply unwind. Afternoons will offer space for creative-free time and movement exploration, while evenings will bring curated dining, meaningful conversations, and moments of reflection under the stars.
The nourishing meals served during this retreat will be made by an incredibly talented local chef, prepared with love and care to ensure that you are eating in a way that supports both your physical and emotional well-being during your experience.
